Injection molded NdFeB
Besides sintered magnets and bonded magnets categories, injection
molded magnet is one of the more important developments in magnetic
materials, it has opened a new world of application opportunities.
Similar to plastic injection molding, magnet injection molding
process is by mixing the magnetic powder together with polymer
binder, heated in the injection machine and shooting the melted
mixtures into the mold to achieve different shapes of products.

NdFeB Material Magnetic Properties：
Maximum application temperature is related with magnetic powder and
polymer binder. NdFeB material suffers significant irreversible
magnetic loss above 120°C, regardless of which binder is used. And
on the other hand, the HDT (heat deformation temperature) of the
binders is low, when application temperature exceeds the HDT, the
binder in injection molded magnet will become soft at some extent,
which jeopardizes the product. Maximum application temperatures are
