    Specification/Property:
    This product is a non-silicon oxygen bleaching agent composed of special polymer compounds. The product is alkali-resistant and can be used in one bath process of boiling and bleaching. The fabric has good whiteness, soft handle and no silicon stain.
    Application:
    It is suitable for cotton fabric pretreatment, T/C one-bath process of scouring and bleaching, bleaching of woven fabric after boiling.

    1. Impregnation and bleaching process for Cotton and its Blended fabrics
    H2O2(100%) 2-3g/L Oxygen bleaching stabilizer 1-3g/L Soap oil 0.5-1g/LNaoH 2-3g/L
    bath ratio 1:10-15 95℃ x 60 minutes
    2. Continuous rolling bleaching process for Cotton and its Blended fabrics
    H2O2(100%) 4-6g/L Oxygen bleaching stabilizer 4-6g/Lscouring(refining) agent 1-2g/L
    3. T / C Scouring and bleaching one-bath process by using long dyeing machine
    H2O2(100%) 8-10g/L Oxygen bleaching stabilizer 8-12g/L scouring(refining) agent 5g/L NaoH 20-30g/L
    4. Cotton cold reactor process
    H2O2(100%) 15-20g/L Oxygen bleaching stabilizer 18-22g/L scouring(refining) agent 5-8g/L
    NaoH(100%) 40-60g/LStacking time frame: 20-24 hours
