Electric power station structures was made of angle steel, square pipe, channel steel or others.
Steel grades used for substation steel structures:
Chinese Standard Q420,which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 65
Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
Type test and preshipment test is accepted .
If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the substation structure.
Terms and condition:
Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF, FCA and so on
Shipping seaport: Qingdao port
Payment Term: Usually 30% by T/T as deposit balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
Delivery Time: Usually 30 days after PO/drawing/prepayment confirmed.
Package: Normally wrapped by plastic bags at the top, middle and bottom, or according to client’s requirement.
