Molex Sabre Gamma Power connector

Moss Sabre ™ The power connector system is suitable for robust, high current applications

that require vertical and right angle line to line and line to board configurations and design

flexibility. Sabre can provide up to 18.0 a rated current per circuit at 600V and can be equipped

with a variety of wire gauges and insulation thicknesses. Sabre is designed with an integrated

TPA feature and can be activated at the customer's discretion. This feature redundantly locks

the terminals to the housing and prevents the terminals from being de energized in high vibration

applications. Sabre connectors are available in single row 2 to 8 circuit models, and accept a

wide range of wire gauges, insulation thickness, and through-hole PCB termination, which can

adapt to several standard PCB thicknesses.

The factory has 15 high-speed automatic machines equipped with cable pressure management device, 40 manual welding equipment, 12 injection molding equipment, automatic USB welding equipment, and other related equipment. During the production process, from cutting line, peeling, making terminal, assembling, visual inspection instrument analysis, welding, and crimping, we always strictly follow the IPC / WHMA - A - 620Bstandard. As a wire harness manufacturer, we are capable of self-inspection, inspecting procedures, testing pulling force, 100% manual inspection, and 100% electrical performance testing, etc…
