This product is an intelligent production line focusing on the efficient assembly of consumer electronics PCBS, integrating high-speed dispensing machines, precision surface mount technology (SMT) placement machines, mechanical arm loading and unloading units, and digital quality control systems. Through the full-process automated design of "dispensing - mounting - flow", the batch assembly of core PCBS for consumer electronics such as mobile phones and tablets is achieved, which is suitable for large-scale mass production scenarios and takes into account both efficiency and process accuracy.

Precise process compatibility: Dispensing accuracy ≤±0.04mm, mounting accuracy ≤±0.02mm, compatible with commonly used consumer electronics components such as 0201 micro components and BGA chips, with mounting yield ≥99.8%.
Intelligent quality control and error prevention: The production line is equipped with an internal visual inspection module to verify the amount of dispensing and the placement position of components in real time. The defect detection rate is ≥99.5%, reducing the rework cost of subsequent processes.
Rapid model changeover flexibility: Supports multi-model PCB changeover (changeover time ≤12 minutes), meeting the production requirements of multi-model mixed lines in consumer electronics.

The high-speed dispensing machine is equipped with an automatic cleaning module to prevent the glue material from clogging and ensure continuous production.
The loading and unloading unit of the robotic arm enables contactless transfer of PCBS, reducing the risk of static damage.
The digital system supports integration with ERP, automatically synchronizes order scheduling, and enhances dispatching efficiency.
The production line is equipped with dual sound and light early warning systems, and the abnormal response time of the equipment is ≤1 second.
Optional automatic packaging module is available. After assembly, it can be directly packaged, shortening the delivery cycle.
