Eliminating the delays of single-station setups, we incorporate a 4-station dual-path design. As two stations print, the other two facilitate part removal and preparation, enabling seamless workflow transitions. In rapid mode, it produces up to 150 A3-sized pieces per hour, effortlessly handling bulk orders.

Quality Advancement: 8-Head Setup, Extensive Color Spectrum
Powered by 8 industrial Epson I3200 heads, it supports 9-color printing (CMYK + ORGB + White). The synchronized multi-head operation not only accelerates printing but also enables smoother gradients and wider color reproduction through enhanced dot density, ensuring vibrant, textured results on dark garments.

  Guangzhou coolprint digital technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Guangzhou Aocai and Shantai Taihe Knitting Factory. The coolprint direct-to-garment (DTG) printer was developed in 2009, with breakthrough achievements made in 2011 and applied in our own printing factory for production.
