Our Stainless Steel Fume Hood is a high-performance, durable
ventilation solution specifically engineered to protect laboratory
personnel, equipment, and the environment from harmful fumes,
vapors, dust, and chemical contaminants. Crafted with premium 304
or 316 stainless steel—selected based on your specific chemical
exposure needs—this fume hood boasts exceptional corrosion
resistance, easy cleaning, and long-lasting durability, making it
ideal for the most demanding laboratory environments.
Product Specifications
1. Steel plate thickness: The main load-bearing frame uses 2.0m electrolytic steel plate,
and the rest parts use 1.2m high-quality electrolytic steel plate;
2. Worktop: Uses 12.7mm thick brand-name solid physical board, which can
resist various acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, waterproof,
wear-resistant, heat-resistant, scratch-resistant, including strong
acids and strong alkalis. The outer edge is double-layer edge
sealing with thickened bidirectional arc corners, with excellent
appearance and hand feel. The reverse side has a drip groove for
protection of the lower cabinet;
3. Structure: The ventilation cabinet column part is a modular hanging plate,
which is convenient for the later expansion and installation of
accessories such as air, water, circuit, control panel, VAV
intelligent risk control system, power socket, etc. The door handle
and window handle adopt aerodynamic design. When the window is
completely closed, fresh air can enter the cabinet through the
handle, and the specially designed air guiding arc-shaped handle
can serve as the ventilation function of the ventilation cabinet,
increasing the exhaust volume of the ventilation cabinet, timely
and effectively discharging toxic gases, and improving the safety
of operators. Both ends of the handle are equipped with aluminum
profile positioning blocks, and the internal equipment power lines
can pass through the space below the handle. The inner liner is
made of laboratory-specific anti-corrosion material resistant to
organic solvents, and has detachable maintenance holes for
convenient maintenance of circuits, waterways, and airways. The 6mm
thick guide plate enables harmful gases at different heights to be
discharged from different heights. The 5mm thick safety
explosion-proof glass is combined with a balanced combination, and
the balanced part is designed in a non-segmented structure,
allowing for arbitrary stay.
4. Surface treatment: After acid washing and phosphating, it is sprayed with epoxy resin
powder and baked at high temperature for curing, with a beautiful
appearance, high adhesion, and extremely strong surface hardness
and corrosion resistance: 100% internal components
