The production line is engineered for the marking and drilling of components utilized in power towers, communication structures, and steel frameworks.

Product Features:


1. This processing line is comprised of a transverse conveyor, overturn conveyor, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, two drilling units, one marking unit, an automatic unloading conveyor, along with the associated hydraulic station and electric cooling system. It utilizes CNC technology and servo motors for feeding, ensuring high efficiency and stable workpiece accuracy.



2. A drilling unit is positioned on each side, with each unit capable of accommodating three drills of varying sizes. The drilling unit supports CNC-controlled movement to adjust drilling depths, ensuring precise hole placement.


3. The rotational speed of all spindles is continuously adjustable via a transducer, while the feeding speeds are also infinitely variable through speed regulating valves. The transition between rapid feeding, work feeding, and rapid withdrawal of the spindles is fully automated.



4. The drilling line is equipped with a single marking unit, where marking positions can be easily preset. Marking, workpiece clamping, and infeed for drilling are powered by the hydraulic system. Key components are sourced from international suppliers. A circulating cooling system is implemented to extend the lifespan of the drills.


5. Both marking and drilling processes are fully automated. Finished components are unloaded through a pneumatic turnover device, reducing the physical strain on workers and offering notable advantages over competing manufacturers.



6. The control system is comprised of the main computer, servo motors, PLC, external monitoring switches, and other components. By simply inputting the workpiece dimensions, the processing program is automatically generated. Additionally, the program can be saved, selected, displayed, and communicated based on the workpiece number.


7. The machining line is equipped with a supporting and pressing device to accommodate the processing requirements for angles with greater bending.
