high-strength materials including premium 45# carbon steel, 40Cr

Each product undergoes multiple precision processes: integral
quenching & tempering stress-relief heat treatment, carburizing
quenching hardening, precision finishing turning, high-precision
grinding of trapezoidal threads, high-accuracy straightening and
matched lapping & calibration. These procedures completely
eliminate internal material stress and prevent bending deformation,
thread wear and precision degradation during long-term
reciprocating operation.
Designed with exclusive precision trapezoidal thread profiles
featuring full and regular tooth shapes with high fitting accuracy,
paired with our factory’s precisely matched double nuts, the screws
deliver even preload and stable backlash elimination. They operate
without lost motion, jamming or axial play, enabling accurate
low-speed fine adjustment and stable high-speed transmission, which
