paint is heated to around 200°C (392°F) in a hot melt kettle,
turning it into a liquid that can be sprayed or applied onto roads.
Upon cooling, it forms a thick, durable polymer layer that’s
wear-resistant, bright, and reflective.

Durability: Resists heavy traffic and harsh weather, lasting longer than traditional paints.
Reflectivity: Often includes glass beads to enhance visibility at night by reflecting vehicle headlights.

Screed: Use a screed box for 1-3 mm thick lines.
Spray: Use a spray machine for 0.5-1.5 mm layers on large areas.
Sprinkle glass beads immediately for reflectivity.
Cool & Inspect: Let cool 5-15 minutes; check thickness, adhesion, and
reflectivity.
Clean Up: Remove excess material; clean equipment.
Tips: Work above 5°C, avoid wet conditions. Wear protective gear and
follow manufacturer guidelines.
