Major Function:

1. Automatic voltage stabilization function of PID adjustment according to the output voltage or current deviation;

2. PLC realizes the digital output voltage given;

3. Set up current limit, pressure limit, phase deficiency, overtemperature, and water shortage protection;

4. Intelligent operation control screen to realize status setting, parameter setting, data display and fault display;

5. Soft start and adjustment function

6. Soft drop regulation function;

7. With the fading function; Electrical conditions:

1. Input AC power supply: three-phase four-wire system AC380V± 10%, 50Hz / 60Hz.

2. The three-phase incoming power supply voltage should be approximately symmetrical, and its imbalance degree shall be less than 5%.

Cooling water requirements:

1. Cooling method: fully closed water cooling (not affected by the external environment)

2. Electrical conductivity of cooling water: 10us / cm.

3. The suspended substance is not greater than 30 mg/l.

4. The hardness shall not exceed 12 (equivalent to CaO containing 0.12g).

5. Aciity (pH): 6~8.

6. Cooling water temperature: 5℃ the inlet water temperature is 35℃, the inlet water is recommended as normal temperature water, In summer, the water inlet temperature of 25℃ is 30℃ to ensure that the power supply is not condensed

7. Temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is 5℃.

8. The inlet water pressure: 0.1~0.25MPa. Main components: 1. Silicon steel sheet: 0.30 cold rolled sheet 2. PLC: Siemens 3. Silicon components: CRRC
