JUYI pwm 3 phase brushless dc balanced dual motor controller driver speed control factory

Remote control electric vehicles, electric scooters, remote control wheelchairs, medical equipment, amusement rides, robots, etc.

Application Notes:

  1. Motor Compatibility: Ensure that the voltage and power parameters of the motor do not exceed the specified limits of this driver board.
  2. Motor Type: This driver is designed for three-phase brushless DC motors with Hall sensors. However, not all three-phase brushless


    DC motors are directly compatible. Only motors with a 120-degree Hall electrical angle can be used.
  3. Braking Function: The JYQD_YL02D features regenerative braking, which generates energy during deceleration.


    Do NOT use the braking function when testing with a regulated power supply to prevent damage.
  4. 5V Output Port: The 5V output on the driver board can supply up to 300mA of current for microcontroller control.
  5. Heat Dissipation & Insulation: Ensure proper insulation and heat dissipation for power components on the driver board during installation.
  6. Safety Startup: After power-on, the speed control will be disabled until reset. To enable speed control, either reset the speed controller

    or activate the brake function.

Wiring Diagram

1. Control Ports (Left Side, 2.0mm Pitch)

  • 5V: Internal 5V output from the control board, capable of supplying <300mA current.
  • 2EL: Braking control port. Regenerative linear braking with energy recovery. Analog voltage input: 0-5V. Higher voltage (0-100%) increases

braking force at constant speed.

  • 2M: Speed signal output port. Pulse frequency is proportional to motor speed (pulse ratio depends on motor specifications).
  • 2Z/F: Forward/reverse control port. Hard switching: Connect to 5V or leave floating for forward rotation; connect to GND for reverse rotation.
  • 2VR: Speed control port. Analog voltage speed regulation 0V-5V (effective range 0-2.5V), linear speed regulation from low to high. External

PWM speed regulation requires common ground with the driver board.

  • GND: Internal ground of the control board.


2. Hall Sensor Ports (Left Side, 2.0mm Pitch)

  • GND: Hall sensor power negative.
  • 2Hc: One of the motor Hall sensor signals.
  • 2Hb: One of the motor Hall sensor signals.
  • 2Ha: One of the motor Hall sensor signals.
  • 5V: Hall sensor power positive.


3. Power Ports (Left Side)

  • P-: DC power supply negative.
  • MA: One of the motor three-phase wires.
  • MB: One of the motor three-phase wires.
  • MC: One of the motor three-phase wires.


4. Control Ports (Right Side, 2.0mm Pitch)

  • GND: Internal ground of the control board.
  • 1VR: Speed control port. Analog voltage speed regulation (0V-5V, effective range 0-2.5V), linear speed control from low to high.

External PWM speed control requires a common ground with the driver board.

  • 1Z/F: Forward/reverse control port. Hard switching: Connect to 5V or leave floating for forward rotation; connect to GND for

reverse rotation.

  • 1M: Speed signal output port. Pulse frequency is proportional to motor speed (pulse ratio depends on motor specifications).

  • 1MB: One of the motor three-phase wires.
  • 1MA: One of the motor three-phase wires.


Notes:

1. Motor Wire Length: Avoid excessive length for motor wires, as long cables may cause signal interference.

2. Heat Dissipation: Ensure proper heat dissipation during continuous high-current operation.
