Manufacturing Process

  • Photoresist Lamination: Application of a uniform, light-sensitive photoresist film onto the aluminum sheet.

  • Exposure & Development: The desired pattern from a digital phototool is transferred onto the resist via UV exposure. The unexposed resist is then developed away.
