design is tailored to raw material characteristics for homogeneous
mixing, superior plastification, and efficient conveying.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: Two-chamber vacuum calibration tank integrates vacuum calibration
and cooling functions. Constructed with 304 stainless steel for
both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank. High-performance vacuum
system guarantees precise pipe sizing.
Haul-off Unit: Equipped with three crawler track belts for stable movement of
produced pipes. Adjustable general control allows customized
hauling modes to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit: High-precision encoder ensures accurate and stable cutting
lengths. PLC-controlled system supports manual operation for
cutting according to specific application needs.
